Manx Wildlife Trust (MWT) is in a strong position, having refined our strategic priorities over the last five years to drive meaningful change in the Isle of Man while aligning with our mission. We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization into the future.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization.
2. Engage with stakeholders, including government, local communities, and partners.
3. Oversee financial management and fundraising activities.
4. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
5. Lead and develop a high-performing team.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in a senior leadership role.
2. Strong understanding of environmental and conservation issues.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to think strategically and operationally.
5. Track record of successful fundraising and financial management.
