About Our Client

Our client is provides charitable housing services. They have over 300 private properties UK wide and are looking to hire an experienced CEO to lead the charity over the next 12 months. Initially they are looking for someone to lead this change, and dependent on this change there could be a permanent position upon completion.

Job Description

• Formulating and implementing strategic plans to guide the direction of the business.
• Leading and motivating the executive team to achieve the company's objectives.
• Building and maintaining relationships with partners, stakeholders, and the wider business community.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance with all housing and charities legislation
• Representing the company in negotiations with key clients and suppliers.
• Ensuring the company's financial performance and growth.
• Driving the company's development efforts and implementing the strategic plan.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Executive Officer should have:

• Proven experience in a senior management role within the housing and ideally charitable sector
• Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance principles and managerial best practices.
