LAUNCH ANNOUNCEMENT FOR NEW CENTRE 404 CEO

I am writing to inform you that the recruitment process for a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Centre 404 is officially underway. This is a significant moment in the life of our organisation. All of the trustees are excited to begin the search for a dynamic leader who will guide Centre 404 into its next chapter of growth and impact.

Of course, we also know how important it is to acknowledge the efforts of our current senior leaders. Therefore, I would like to extend my thanks to Interim CEO Tracy Seymour and the entire Centre 404 senior leadership team for their exceptional dedication and guidance in recent months. Your unwavering commitment, thoughtful leadership and tireless efforts have been instrumental in steering the charity through a pivotal period.

As we look for our next CEO, we are focused on identifying a candidate who is not only passionate about our mission to support individuals with learning disabilities and autism but also has the experience and strategic vision to help us navigate the challenges and opportunities ahead. The next leader of Centre 404 will have the unique opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve. We are confident that the right person will help us expand and enhance our work.

We are committed to a transparent and thorough search process. The recruitment process will be guided by the Centre 404 Board of Trustees, and we are working with the recruitment agency Harris Hill to ensure that we cast a wide and inclusive net.
