Chief Digital Officer/Partner

• excellent grasp of digital client experience
• broad experience of IT systems/networks preferably with focus on wealth and investment management
• professional experience or theoretical understanding within wealth management/investment/finance
• excellent general practical knowledge of wealth tech and related areas of IT
• working knowledge of machine learning/artificial intelligence
• strategic view of technology roadmap for a digitally native wealth management firm
• ability to outline technology vision and strategy of the company, match the limited resources to the business needs
• empowering Investment team to deliver solutions that emphasize quality, simplicity and reliability
• making decisions individually and collectively
• making sure all technology developments adhere to regulatory requirements
• at least 10 years relevant hands-on experience in a senior role, preferably within entrepreneurial environment and managerial setting
• track record of successfully delivering technology solutions in a variety of situations
• scaling technology function and leading continued innovation in synchronisation with CEO’s vision
