Job Title: Chief Creative Officer (CCO) (Unpaid, Volunteer)

Location: Remote

Duration: 20 weeks (with potential extension or transition to a paid, official position)

Overview: Tikelt, an innovative peer-to-peer payments platform, is seeking a visionary and innovative Chief Creative Officer (CCO) to join our team on a voluntary basis. As the CCO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Tikelt's creative vision, driving brand identity, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. This voluntary position offers a unique opportunity to lead and contribute to a promising fintech startup while gaining invaluable experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Creative Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive creative strategies that align with Tikelt's business objectives and drive user engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Brand Identity: Oversee the development and execution of branding initiatives, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand identity across all channels.
  • Graphic Design: Lead the graphic design team, creating visually stunning and impactful designs that resonate with our target audience.
  • Video Production: Manage video production, ensuring high-quality and engaging video content that supports marketing campaigns and brand storytelling.
  • Team Leadership: Manage the creative team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights, informing data-driven creative decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to ensure creative efforts support overall business goals and product roadmaps.
  • Content Creation: Develop and oversee the creation of high-quality visual content, including graphics, videos, and multimedia, to educate and engage our audience.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of creative campaigns and initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executive leadership, investors, and external partners, providing updates on creative initiatives and progress.
  • Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging creative technologies and industry trends, exploring opportunities for innovation and differentiation within the peer-to-peer payments space.

Compensation: This position is unpaid; however, it offers the opportunity to participate in Tikelt's Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) as compensation.
