£14.50 - £18.74 p/h

My Client, who is a leading manufacturer within their field, is seeking an experienced Chemical Process Operator to join their team.

Chemical Process Operator Requirements:

1. Previous experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment
2. Ability to lift up to 20kg
3. Valid FLT License

1. Ensure that all process and operational activities associated with batch manufacture are carried out in compliance with the site's Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality requirements.
2. Manufacture products according to details and instructions stated on the formulation batch sheet and specification, and report in writing any deviations from these procedures immediately to the appropriate parties.
3. Make accurate additions or adjustments to the process when instructed by Laboratory Staff.
4. Complete all necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
5. Immediately report any incidents that management needs to address using the appropriate reporting systems.
6. FLT operator duties as required [subject to licence].
7. Monitor raw materials requirements and inform the supervisor when finished products are suitably packaged for movement to the warehouse.
8. Participate as required in design / Hazard reviews.
