A great opportunity has arisen for an executive pastry chef with development experience to join an international company at their premium outlet in Belgravia, London.

The Company:
You will be working for an internationally renowned company from their prime location cafe outlet in London with private events space, developing the London offer and also creating innovative menu development for their overseas multiple QSR brands.

Role Details:

  1. Kitchen planning
  2. Menu creation
  3. Research and development
  4. People management
  5. Financial Management
  6. Operational Management

Must be available for international travel several times per year to prepare tastings for the Board of Directors and to train chefs in new products.


About You:
  1. Great opportunity to grow within a global brand
  2. Previous pastry chef and development background within a variety of brands both premium and casual dining
  3. Must have a stable working history with excellent checkable references
  4. Excellent communication and organisational skills
  5. Will have a calm professional demeanour and a passion for delivering great product
  6. Excellent at training

Salary & Benefits:
£45 - 55 k per annum
