Job description

Vacherin is committed to delivering deliciously different experiences, having fun, and conducting business with a social and environmental conscience. We are excited to be recruiting for a Chef Manager to work with us at Womble Bond Dickinson. We have 6 sites in London and you will work alongside 4 other Chef Managers in this patch. We provide hospitality service and staff dining via app collection.

Location: London

Rate of pay: £45,000 per annum

Working pattern: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a small kitchen and deliver exceptional food on the staff dining floor of this contract.
  2. Fully understand and interpret the brand in terms of food and food service.
  3. Manage 1 hospitality supervisor and 2 assistants.
  4. Develop and plan menus that align with client and customer expectations.
  5. Prepare and oversee all food preparation to the highest standard in line with the brand style.
  6. Ensure food is seasonal, of known provenance, and where possible sourced locally.
  7. Plan menus and prepare food to minimize wastage.
  8. Control costs through efficient purchasing and use of existing stock while maintaining standard and style.
