Chef - Sports & Social Club

Location: Beckenham, London
Hours: Wednesday to Sunday, 40 hours per week
Salary: £35,000 per annum

Your Role:

• Culinary Excellence - Prepare fresh, seasonal, and cost-effective dishes that delight members and guests
• Menu Innovation - Contribute to menu development and introduce new food concepts
• Sustainability & Efficiency - Reduce waste, champion sustainable practices, and manage costs effectively
• Compliance & Safety - Ensure full adherence to food safety, hygiene, and HSE regulations
• Team Collaboration - Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain high standards and efficiency

• Proven experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a hospitality, club, or fine dining setting
