Calling all chefs looking for flexible and varied hours with the security of a permanent contract! Do you want to work with creative chefs using locally sourced ingredients to create beautiful, tasty food? Are you looking for a role with no late nights or split shifts?
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to assist in the production of all food served at the RSC; you will take responsibility for preparing, producing and running the garnish, larder, hot or pastry sections in the kitchen. Working under the guidance of the Head Chef and as part of a happy team, you will ensure that the food delivered to our customers is of the highest quality. We are proud to prepare, bake and create all food from scratch and work closely with some great local suppliers.
In our beautiful Rooftop Restaurant customers can join us for lunch, dinner, pre-theatre dinner, afternoon tea or our famous Sunday roast!
This role is offered as a variable hour, permanent position with no breakfast or split shifts. We can offer shifts between 9am - 7pm, including weekends. We can be flexible and discuss what hours you are looking for.
