Chef de Partie - Full-time, Permanent
At the Steamer Inn, we pride ourselves on serving delicious home-cooked dishes with an emphasis on seafood. All our food is prepared and cooked on the premises, and we strive to use fresh ingredients from our local suppliers as much as possible. Our poplar dishes range from Lasagne, and fish pie to our famous Chowder, Steamer Seafood Platter, and our very popular Chef's daily specials.
We are now looking for an experienced Chef to join our team for the busy season.
About the Role
Working alongside our Head Chef, Second Chef and other chefs you will be integral part of the team, leading your own section during shifts. Other duties will include helping to maintain a clean and safe kitchen, stock rotation and ensuring our dishes are prepared and delivered to a high standard.
