The Cadogan Arms are seeking a Chef de Partie to join their team. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about all things food and drink. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie looking for a new role in an award winning, critically acclaimed group.

The Restaurant

James Knappett, of two Michelin-star Kitchen Table in Fitzrovia is culinary director alongside Executive Chef, John Sparks, which is a sign of how important the food is at The Cadogan Arms. Drinks at The Cadogan Arms showcase exclusive beers, cask and craft ales alongside an extensive wine list and contemporary cocktails.

The Position

We're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, creating exceptional dishes and delivering an all-encapsulating experience to our guests. The ideal Chef de Partie will have experience working in a quality kitchen, adhering to standard operating and Health and Safety procedures. More importantly, we are looking for people who are as passionate about pubs, food, and hospitality as we are!

If you have the following, then we want to hear from you:

  1. Prior experience as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced quality restaurant or pub;
  2. Eagerness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in;
  3. A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail;
  4. Passion for food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn;
  5. The desire to develop your career as a Chef de Partie within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant group;
  6. This role is generally 5 day working weeks with 2 doubles and 3 single shifts.
