Our experienced kitchen leadership team is looking for a Chef de Partie. This opportunity is for someone who wants to be part of something great, whether vastly experienced as a Chef de Partie or someone who is developing and wants to grow skills with guidance from the brigade. This is a great opportunity for a passionate Chef De Partie or Demi Chef who is ready and committed to taking the next step in their career. You should have a real passion for food, flavors, and presentation, with good experience and a desire to develop in a rosette kitchen in a wonderful property with an excellent reputation. The opportunity as a Chef De Partie as part of a passionate team working with quality ingredients locally sourced, delivering freshly made food, is unique as you can develop your skills and share your skills to develop some exceptional junior colleagues.

Job Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation in line with the hotel’s standards. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain efficiency and excellence in service.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a cook or chef in a hotel, restaurant, or similar environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices (e.g., HACCP certification preferred).
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • A passion for food and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • We seek a natural food lover, a focused and calm chef, with a drive to improve the team’s skills & evolve into a wider role of leading the preparation, the service team’s growth, compliance, cleanliness culture & maintain the team of chefs' focus on flavor & produce.
  • Demonstrable experience at rosette level (Modern & classical European).
  • Organized regard systems & compliance.
  • A desire to develop the team’s daily skill sets.
  • A professional approach to personal management for each team member & self.
