WORK LIFE BALANCE ALERT!!! A Chef de Partie is required for a really warm, friendly, relaxed fresh food restaurant near Rugely. The Owner and Head Chef have really developed a great positive and friendly working environment in the kitchen and also FOH. Chefs tend to stay here for a decent amount of time because of the work life balance. The role is available due to a Chef moving abroad - this role doesn't come up often!
- Salary £28,000 - £30,000 + Tips
- 40 hours per week
- Paid overtime @ £13.50 - £14.00 ph
- 4-day work week - 3 days off!!!
- Shifts start between 9:00 am and 11:00 am and finish between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm
- Straight shifts
- Closed Christmas
- Paid breaks and free meals on shift
- Rotas planned 3 weeks in advance
- 2 free cinema tickets every month
