Job Description:

A fine dining restaurant near Solihull is on the lookout for a CDP – if you have Rosette experience great – if not as long as you have the right attitude you will be fine. You will learn and develop under one of the regions most respected Head Chefs who has “been there done that”.

You will be working with fresh, local and seasonal food – Tasting Menus with Wine Flights and Bespoke Ala Carte.

  • Very new kitchen with state of the art equipment

  • No more than 48 hours per week
