As a Chef de Partie you will:
Work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you'll continually learn and develop, and have the opportunity to develop your career with De Vere.
Showcase your culinary skills by preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your speciality.
Support and mentor Demi-Chef de Parties or Commis Chefs, contributing to the development of a talented brigade.

This is a Full time position working 40 hours per week over 5 days with any overtime paid plus a share of service charge.

What we look for in a Chef de Partie:
Prior experience as a Chef working in a busy kitchen environment.
High standards of cleanliness and food hygiene to maintain our health & safety standards.
Attention to detail to help create memorable culinary experiences for our guests.
