• Prepare and cook high-quality meals under the guidance of the Sous Chef and Head Chef, focusing on nutrition and taste
• Take responsibility for a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and in a timely manner
• Assist in the creation and execution of diverse, balanced menus that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of athletes
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen, ensuring a clean and safe working environment
• Work closely with other kitchen staff, contributing to a positive and productive team atmosphere

• Proven experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a similar role
• Culinary Arts degree or equivalent professional qualification is preferred
• Proficiency in a range of cooking techniques and styles
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Passion for cooking and a commitment to high culinary standards
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required

• Professional cookery L2 and L3 or equivalent
• Food hygiene L3 or higher
