An excellent opportunity is available for a Chef de Partie to join the brigade of 7 talented professionals working at a luxury country hotel where you will be catering for different dining options on offer to the guests. The terrace restaurant at the hotel serves Modern British style menus that offer the freshest, most seasonal dishes. As Chef de Partie, you will also prepare dishes for the lounge menu, afternoon teas, weddings and functions taking place at the hotel.
Requirements:
All chefs applying for this role must have a minimum of 1 year experience at Chef de Partie level and be able to demonstrate proficiency in diverse cooking techniques and cuisines. A genuine love for the culinary arts and impeccable attention to detail to deliver excellence is essential.
