Hourly Rate: £14.85

We have an opportunity for someone with a passion for food who is looking for a career that will provide fantastic development and support.

As a Chef with ISS UK, you will work alongside your team aiding the preparation of food in our kitchens and helping to deliver a great service.

As Chef de Partie, your role is to support the Chef Manager with the organisation and control of all aspects of the catering operation, with strategic planning for growth and profitability of the business.

You will cook, supervise and control all aspects of the production of meals within budgetary guidelines and to comply with the client, company and statutory regulations.

The Role

• Prepare delicious, high-quality food
• Take care to deliver outstanding catering services in and out of the kitchen
• Keep to deadlines, with prompt service of meals
• Work to a high standard of general hygiene, maintaining the cleanliness of the site
• Uphold our health & safety values, always keeping a secure and safe environment
• Act as part of the larger ISS team, working with other areas to create an exceptional experience for colleagues and customers

About You

• NVQ Level 2 (or in the process of completing) or equivalent cookery qualification
• Passionate about great-tasting food
• Advanced understanding of the principles of food hygiene
• Be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationships
• Have a desire to succeed in your role
• Deliver a high-quality service, with an attention to detail
• Both a supportive and helpful individual
• Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability
