Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an Award Winning Restaurant inside of a Hotel near Richmond, Yorkshire, who are looking for a skilled and ambitious Chef de Partie with previous 3 rosette and Michelin experience to join their team.

1. Execute all dishes as per menu specs
2. Ensure kitchen audit requirements are adhered to
3. Assist proactively your kitchen members and colleagues
4. Share your knowledge and passion for food with your junior staff
5. Ensure your section is fully set for the next day with fresh MEP
6. Learn about their farms’ products/production
