We’re hiring a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at The Blues Kitchen — where big flavours, bold dishes, and great music come together. Our food is all about American grill favourites and club classics. Think buffalo chicken wings, stacked burgers, mac & cheese, juicy steaks, and fresh chopped salads — comforting, crowd-pleasing plates made with care and quality.
