Chef de Partie

We are looking for a motivated, experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at our South Kensington location, with the possibility of promotion and great career opportunities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, flexible, and keen to learn. A self-motivated natural team player that thrives under pressure.

Minimum Requirements

The minimum requirements for this Chef de Partie role include:

1. Experience at the required level.
2. Experience in a busy fresh food restaurant.
3. A genuine passion for creating the finest food.
4. Keen to thrive in a busy kitchen environment.
5. A strong personality – someone looking to challenge themselves.
6. Local to London.
7. Eligibility to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

The role of Chef de Partie will:

1. Handle fresh ingredients, preparing them to the highest standards.
2. Maintain a professional manner while under pressure.
3. Show willingness to achieve excellence.
4. Ensure Health & Safety and COSHH laws are observed.
