5. Manage stock levels, minimise waste, and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
6. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver outstanding dining experiences.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
2. Strong culinary skills and a passion for food.
3. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
4. Understanding of food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
5. Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and attention to detail.
