Chef de Partie

Duties:

1. Ensure provision of food and beverages to the highest standard.
2. To prepare menu items in accordance with organisational requirements.
3. Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen environment.
4. Follow all H&S procedures.
5. Monitor food costs and inventory.

Requirements:

1. NVQ Level 3.
2. Food safety certificate level 2.
