As a Chef at Sodexo in Wharflane House, 34 Rectory road, Shelton, Stoke-on-trent, ST1 4PW

What you'll do:

  • Assistance with running service/preparation/other duties of the busy working kitchen
  • Ensuring strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems
  • Working with the FOH team to drive service excellence
  • Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
  • Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard

What you bring:

  • NVQ lv 2/3 or a busy kitchen environment experience
  • Basic IT skills
  • Experience in menu production and confident input
  • Exposure to bulk cooking
  • The enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills

Package Description
  • 24 hours per week
  • Shift pattern/hours: 4 on 4 off
  • £11.64 per hour
  • Approved Premise candidate must be over 18 years
  • NVQ level 2 in catering or relevant catering experience
