CHEF

Role: Chef
Location: Weymouth
Rate of pay: £14.00 to £16.00 per hour

Platinum Recruitment is supporting Probation House in the Weymouth area, which is looking for a Chef to assist them on a permanent basis. The site is home to ex-offenders, so you will be making a positive impact on their lives every day. An enhanced DBS certificate is required for this role.

Duties to include:

• Lead the kitchen facilities and plan all meals & assist with prep
• Order supplies and keep records of spending and compliance
• Monitor sanitation practices ensuring to follow standards and regulations
• Prepare, produce and present food in volume for a small group of residents
• Be capable of working alone, but able to communicate well
• Keep Health and Safety at the heart of what you’re doing

Package:

• Your working days would be Saturdays & Sundays for 6 hours per day.
• Your pay during the onboarding period will be £14.00 per hour. Once the onboarding has been completed, your pay will increase to £16.00 per hour.
