We are looking for a part-time chef to start. We are seeking a talented and passionate chef with expertise in Italian cuisine to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Italian dishes, including pasta, pizza, and other traditional offerings, during two weekends each month.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Italian dishes, including pasta, pizza, and other traditional menu items.
2. Ensure all dishes are prepared according to the restaurant’s recipes and quality standards.
3. Manage kitchen prep work and ingredients to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.
5. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
6. Work with the front-of-house team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery to customers.
7. Help with menu development, seasonal specials, and updating offerings based on customer preferences.
8. Ensure the proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
