Working Environment
We are looking for a passionate Chef to work alongside our Catering Team in an 'extra-care' setting providing meals to our residents. This role is ideal for someone looking to earn extra money at the weekend.

Job Description
Your key responsibilities as the Chef will consist of:

  1. Ensure full area of responsibility is clean, appropriately presented and stocked at all times.
  2. Ensure thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of menu and special offers in order to provide relevant information to customers and clients.
  3. Be responsible for smooth operation of relevant equipment reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures.
  4. Operate the till point as required throughout service, ensuring correct procedures are used.
  5. Ensure all complaint handling is dealt with professionally and in line with procedures.
  6. Ensure that COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures.
  7. Ad-hoc duties to support the catering team and services.

Working Pattern: Saturday & Sunday, 12 hours per week.
