Chef

Our client is seeking an experienced and talented Chef to join their team in an Italian family restaurant on Hartlepool Marina.

Duties:

1. Plan and direct food preparation and cooking dishes to specification.
2. Assist in the creation and development of new, cost-effective menu items.
3. Ensure that the kitchen runs in accordance with food safety standards, including documentation and Health and Safety procedures.
