Job description

Manor Adventure are an industry leading residential outdoor activity provider. We have been able to become an Employer of Choice through our focus on the quality of the educational sessions we offer, as well as our commitment to the training and development of our staff. We are actively seeking for a new chef/cook to join our catering team at our Culmington Manor, Craven Arms Centre.


Responsibilities:
  1. Assisting in the production of meals
  2. Cooking to set menus
  3. Liaising with suppliers
  4. Catering for special dietary requirements
  5. Effective running of the kitchen alongside the Catering Manager
  6. Following strict food and hygiene regulations

Qualifications:
  1. The ability to cater for large numbers
  2. Good Knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health and Safety
  3. The skills to supervise a team of Catering Assistants
  4. Commitment
  5. The ability to integrate into a warm and friendly team
  6. The desire to progress a career within Catering and Hospitality sector

Full training will be provided.
