Finally, you will be responsible for working with the lead administrator, co-ordinating our response in respect of any resulting queries/requests for additional information from the VOA.

You will be…

  • Working with the WSP GL Hearn business rates valuer team to ensure that the process is fully co-ordinated.
  • Engaging with client stakeholders to obtain relevant, additional information as necessary to complete Check submissions.
  • Ensuring that Check documents are submitted in a compliant form so that they can be accepted by HMRC.
  • Managing any queries which are returned to the business by the VOA.
  • Working with team members to understand the systems used, and making our processes future-proof, in line with both client and VOA (Valuation Office Agency) requirements.

The role will require a high level of co-ordination and a good attention to detail.
