The Role:
- Structural defect surveys – diagnosing issues, providing expert recommendations
- Mentoring & developing junior engineers – supporting the next generation of talent
- Project leadership – overseeing structural designs from concept to completion
- Client engagement – liaising with developers, architects, and stakeholders
- Pathway to Director – take a lead role in shaping the company’s future
What they are looking for:
- Chartered (IStructE or ICE) or near Chartered status
- Strong experience in structural defect surveys and assessments
- Leadership qualities – ability to mentor and manage junior engineers
