The Role:

• Structural defect surveys – diagnosing issues, providing expert recommendations
• Mentoring & developing junior engineers – supporting the next generation of talent
• Project leadership – overseeing structural designs from concept to completion
• Client engagement – liaising with developers, architects, and stakeholders
• Pathway to Director – take a lead role in shaping the company’s future

What they are looking for:

• Chartered (IStructE or ICE) or near Chartered status
• Strong experience in structural defect surveys and assessments
• Leadership qualities – ability to mentor and manage junior engineers
• Proven track record in delivering structural projects across multiple sectors
