About our programme
Our degree apprenticeship will help you learn about our business and you will spend time within different areas of the Parts Logistics business during the four-year programme, wherein you will get to know the different teams and gain valuable insight into who we are. You will be involved in day-to-day activities with real purpose and exciting opportunities to innovate giving you the chance to put your learning into practice.
You will study for a BSc (Hons) Business and Management via the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship in partnership with MK:U (Cranfield University), completing your degree through a mixture of virtual and on-campus study.
MK:U is a new kind of university, where education is framed around business.
Instead of a traditional lecture and exam model, you will learn via the problem-based learning (PBL) approach, focusing on the practical application of knowledge. Throughout your apprenticeship with Mercedes-Benz Parts Logistics, you’ll learn a range of skills preparing you for a successful career in management and leadership roles, including:
You’ll also have the opportunity to achieve Chartered Manager status upon completion of your End Point Assessment (EPA) with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
You're expected to work from the office five days a week to collaborate and connect, with flexibility available at your manager's discretion when needed.

Minimum Requirements:
· You will have (or be predicted to achieve) at least 280 UCAS points (or 112 points in new ratings) at A-Level in any discipline, excluding General Studies
· You will also have GCSE grade 4 in Maths and English Language (or equivalent)
· You’ll have been a UK/EU/EAA resident for at least three years before the programme starts and have the Right to work in the UK
· You’ll have left full-time education before the programme starts

Next steps
If your application is successful, you will receive an invitation to complete an online interview with pre-recorded questions. If you pass this stage, you will proceed to complete a series of online tests.
Candidates who are shortlisted after the online tests will be invited to participate in a brief online interview. This interview will focus on getting to know you better and understanding what you can bring to the role.
If you successfully progress beyond this stage, then you will be invited to a final stage at our Head Office in Milton Keynes. Following this, we will make our final selection for our next Degree Apprentice.
