Working within our central Account Development Excellence (ADE) team.
The purpose of the central Account Development Excellence (ADE) team is to be a key enabler to the UKI organisation in delivering World Class Account Management and Net Growth (ACG) with our existing customer base. They are focused on supporting the Account Teams in Business Units to drive significant improvements to retention and growth, through rollout and ongoing support of a standardised, simple and Customer-Centric toolkit. To ensure the Account Owners can focus on their customer, the team provide guidance on the internal governance requirements set out by DSC, support with the toolkit application and processing of renewals and growth opportunities in sf.com, BCA and Contract Database.

WORKING WEEK: 40 hours - shift patterns will apply.
