Job Description

Sacco Mann are recruiting for a Chartered Legal Executive to join a leading Dispute Resolution team in the heart of Leeds. The role would suit a qualified Chartered Legal Executive, ideally with mixed litigation experience, though the firm are happy to consider those from specialist litigation backgrounds who are keen on branching out into other areas.

Responsibilities:

Managing a caseload of dispute resolution matters, including civil and commercial litigation cases.
Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing court pleadings.
Advising clients on the merits of their cases and providing strategic advice to achieve favourable outcomes.
Negotiating settlements and representing clients in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, such as mediation or arbitration.
Attending court hearings and presenting arguments on behalf of clients.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Keeping up to date with changes in legislation and case law related to dispute resolution.
