Chartered Landscape Architect (Manager)

Gloucestershire (Hybrid)

£50,000 – £60,000 + benefits

Are you an experienced Landscape Architect who wants to take a leading role for a specialist planning and landscape architecture consultancy? Our client is looking for a Chartered Landscape Architect to join them for a permanent hybrid role in the West of England at an idyllic Cotswold location. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a respected firm while leading impactful projects focused on sustainability.

About the Role:

As a Chartered Landscape Architect you’ll take a proactive role in managing LVIAs, landscape design and management services. In particular, you’ll be the figurehead for Landscape Architecture services across the firm. This will involve managing client relationships and supporting the development of the landscape architecture team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing landscape design projects
  • Preparing plans, illustrative material and graphic presentations
  • Liaising directly with clients and taking clients’ instructions
  • Conducting site survey and analysis work
  • Carrying out landscape design work as instructed by clients
  • Presenting design ideas to clients and planning officers
  • Undertaking LVIA and ZTV work and preparing relevant reports for inclusion in Environmental Statements
  • Using GIS software

What They’re Looking For:

  • Degree and/or Masters in Landscape Architecture
  • Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the public or private sector
  • Full driving licence and use of own car
