Role: Chartered Landscape Architect

Location: Newcastle

Salary: £34 - £40K DOE

We are looking for a Chartered Landscape Architect (CMLI) or a Landscape Architect currently on the Pathway to Chartership for a multidisciplinary practice in Newcastle. They work on a variety of exciting projects throughout the UK including Residential, Commercial, Public Realm, Healthcare, Education, and Industrial.

CHARTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT KEY REQUIREMENTS

1. A degree/postgraduate qualification in Landscape Architecture
2. A Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (or on the Pathway to Chartership)
3. Good hard and soft landscape design skills and the ability to understand and meet client needs and expectations
4. A high standard of design, drawn and CAD drafting, written and verbal communication skills
5. The ability to assist junior members of the team
6. Proficient in AutoCAD, KeySCAPE, LandCADD
7. Good plant knowledge
8. A full UK driving licence and own vehicle
