TSA Surveying is representing a leading independent firm of Built Asset consultants seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their Leeds office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to become a key member of the commercial building surveying team, providing top-tier professional advice to clients in a flexible and supportive environment with excellent prospects for career progression.


The firm has 190 employees operating from 11 offices across the UK. Despite its size, the Leeds office, established three years ago, currently consists of three building surveyors, offering you a pivotal role with significant opportunities for growth as they expand the team.


You will work primarily with commercial clients, including financial institutions, The Crown Estate, and private companies such as Tesco, Superdrug, and Amazon. The consultancy advises developers, investors, owners, and occupiers on maximising property asset values. Key responsibilities include:
