Your Role

Contribute to a 60/40 mix of projects and professional instructions, including:

1. Project Work: New builds, refurbishments, and fit-outs across multiple sectors
2. Professional Services: Dilapidations, TDD, CDM, surveys, and party wall matters

Projects cover commercial, banking, healthcare, residential, and charitable trusts, providing you with variety and challenging opportunities.

What You'll Need

1. MRICS Chartered Surveyor
2. Broad experience across projects and professional services
3. Strong client-facing and communication skills
