Carriera are working with a leading property and construction consultancy based in London who are currently recruiting for a chartered architect on the RIBA register or Senior principal designer with CMAPS/IMAPS/APS who will champion the design and the building safety act 2022 regulations for the office. The successful candidate will be working on a diverse portfolio of residential, education, mixed use, care home, healthcare, commercial and regeneration projects across London and the South East. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Principal designer/Architect to join a forward thinking medium sized consultancy who are going through an exciting period of growth.
