PQE Level: 1-2 PQE

Working Hours: Full-time

We are working with a national L500 firm on an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic junior solicitor to join their charities team, working with large charity clients on a variety of corporate and commercial work. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse environment providing comprehensive legal advice to charity and corporate clients on governance, fundraising, mergers, and commercial contracts. You will also play a key role in assisting the team with complex transactions and projects, delivering personalized legal guidance to clients, and fostering strong client relationships.
