Schedule: Full Time: 3x12s, Nights (6:30pm - 7am)

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and evaluates the overall nursing care and functions in a particular nursing unit or during an assigned shift.
• Coordinates the activities of the unit and directs, organizes, and assigns work to the nursing staff.
• Assesses, monitors, and educates the nursing staff on patient care.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and to perform a variety of tasks.

Minimum Requirements

• Associate's degree required, Bachelor's preferred.
• Active, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse along with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience to serve in a charge capacity.
• Familiarity with standard cardiac nursing concepts, practices, and procedures is highly preferred.
