Role overview

You will support the growth of Cognizant’s Organizational Change Management consulting business by:

  1. Managing and facilitating the process of change within an organization, ensuring that projects and strategic initiatives meet objectives within established timeframes.
  2. Focusing on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technology, job roles, and organization structures.
  3. Developing and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance.
  4. Driving organizational alignment across various stakeholder groups (leadership, business champions, change agents, Corp. functions, etc.) through a variety of change enablement and engagement activities.
  5. Conducting Change Impact Assessment (CIA) workshops and developing tailored mitigation plans to address the stakeholder impacts.
  6. Creating and managing measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes.
  7. Developing and executing communication plans to keep employees informed about upcoming changes and the reasons behind the change.
  8. Working with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
  9. Facilitating change management meetings and workshops to help prepare employees for upcoming changes.
  10. Compiling change readiness findings, identifying key personas, user themes and developing a Change Strategy outlining the activities required to support the overall change initiatives.
  11. Providing training and support to employees to help them transition smoothly through the change process.

Skills & Experience

  1. Strong experience, preferably in a role as (an external) organizational change management consultant.
  2. Proven track record of delivering successful transformational change consulting engagements at international corporations.
  3. Experience with implementing leading technology platforms like SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, SuccessFactors, MS365, ServiceNow, Informatica.
  4. MBA/MSc in Business Administration, Economics, Organization Psychology, or Behavioral Science.
  5. Change Management Certified Professional e.g. PROSCI or ACMP.
  6. Deep understanding of the latest organizational change management trends.
  7. Strong affinity with (digital) technology.
  8. Dynamic team player who enjoys collaborating with diverse and international teams.
  9. Skilled in business development and building long-term relationships with clients.
  10. Dedicated to supporting the growth and development of the practice and its team members.
  11. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  12. Outstanding people person with strong relationship skills, able to interact seamlessly with different levels in a global multi-cultural organization.
