Change Manager

Salary: to £80k + package + bonus + excellent subsistence

Based: Northamptonshire (NN13 3DS)

One of the leading JV’s delivering the largest infrastructure project in the UK, requires a Change Manager to take up a key role on the project. The suitable candidate will have a Quantity Surveying background.

A global civils and construction company who have been involved in some of the most prestigious projects in the UK are seeking a commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor. The suitable individual will take up a key role in overseeing the Structures Package, reporting into the lead Section Commercial Manager.

Required Background:

1. Ability to manage key elements of Change on the project
2. Strong NEC and major infrastructure experience (in the UK)
3. Excellent programme, project and change management skills
4. Good client interfacing skills
5. Degree qualified or Chartered
6. Strong reporting and contract administration skills
7. Structured career history
