Change Management - Undergraduate Placement 2025
Salary: £20,000 (pro rata)
Location: Stevenage
Working pattern: This scheme is based in Stevenage, through utilising dynamic working, the scheme will require two days on site per week, with the opportunity for occasional international travel to our other MBDA sites.
Security clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

The opportunity:
Change Management sits within our Group Transformation and Improvement team. It consists of a number of major projects helping assist our international business in achieving both operational excellence and preparing for the future.
You'll be working closely with the international Change Management team to help support the implementation of Change Management Strategies and Methodologies across MBDA. You'll support the identification and analysis of change adoption risks as well as support implementation change management methods on selected projects, including delivering communications and engagement.
You'll experience the excitement of working in an international environment on change projects that will teach you key skills in delivering change management.
