We are seeking a highly skilled Change Lead/Change Manager for a 6-month contract to work primarily with a well known FMCG/ Retail client on behalf of a dynamic sector specific Consultancy, offering a strong possibility of extension based on successful performance.
With the opportunity to work remotely, an experienced organisational Change Lead is required to deliver standardisation of HR reporting data across multiple international regions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive change impact assessments.
Standardize HR and reporting needs across all regions.
Leverage your data and analytics expertise to drive informed decisions.
Collaborate on multinational and cross-regional projects.
Requirements:
Proven experience in organizational change management.
Strong background in data and analytics.
Multinational or cross-regional project experience is highly desirable.
HR experience is a plus.
Industry experience is flexible, but large enterprise experience is crucial.
Retail/FMCG experience is advantageous but not essential.
This role is not for IT project managers but for those specialising in organisational change.
