Business Change Lead (Outside IR35 / Largely remote with some travel to UK sites)

Are you a solid business change professional looking to join a fast-paced HR transformation?

If so, I am looking for an experienced Business Change Lead to join a project in the mobilisation stage, which will seek to implement HR modules across the client's UK business.

Skills:

1. Previous experience of supporting ERP/HR projects is desirable
2. Demonstrable experience of leading business users through a transformative system implementation which has been a big cultural and behavioural shift
3. Excellent communication planning and execution skills & experience
4. Ability to identify, plan & execute training for business users to support adoption of a new system
5. Plan activities to maximise post-implementation adoption
