The role will work alongside the Logistics Strategy & Development teams to build, create and oversee the implementation of the change and engagement strategy. To support our Programme and Project Managers to communicate, implement and sustain change effectively while minimising any disruption to the business and deliver the desired outcomes.
NB: This is a 12-month Fixed Term role which will be based at our Paddington Support Office in W2 a minimum of three days a week as we believe that to stay close to customers, we develop skills and ideas through collaboration and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected!

What you'll do
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Work with the Clothing & Home Supply Chain & Logistics teams to refine the strategy and coordinate an approach to identify, communicate, implement and sustain change, minimising impact to affected business areas.
- Drive the continuous development of the change agenda, developing tools to embed the required behavioural changes aligned to the strategy, feeding into the Portfolio Management processes, governance and roadmaps.
- Define and detail the change priorities around people, systems and processes for key projects to ensure work stream change plans are delivered with maximum benefit realised, with a clear approach and plan to comms and engagement.
- Work with and coach Project managers and 3rd Party Logistics providers to deliver a coordinated approach to managing change, ensuring all fully understand the impact of proposed changes to different partner groups.
- Define and lead the implementation of the overall department and wider business engagement strategy, ensuring all parties are kept informed and motivated throughout this period of unprecedented change.
Who you are
Your skills and experience will include:
- Experience of orchestrating and delivering change programmes in a complex matrix-management structure and encouraging others to embrace change. Along with the ability to manage ambiguous and ever evolving business objectives with a passion for communicating with conviction and energy.
- A good understanding of the Retail business, with a strong knowledge of Supply chain and Logistics.
- Able to influence, persuade, build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and diverse groups of business partners at all levels, to understand their needs and challenges.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with excellent planning and organisational skills. Able to prioritise and deliver results within often tight and competing timeframes.
- Awareness of standard change methodologies and stimulate new and innovative ideas to build and shape effective change strategy.
