An established industry player is seeking a skilled Change Business Partner to join their dynamic team in London. We are looking for a skilled Change Business Partner with expertise in a People centric environment to join our team. This role is multi-faceted and key to overall project success ensuring the people impacts are properly considered against the backdrop of the projects future aspirations.
This role will initially be a 12 month FTC to cover maternity leave however with the scope of change management projects on the horizon there will be potential to grow this opportunity. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that current global projects are delivered and that a collaborative approach is adopted ensuring the projects global, international and regional requirements are met.
