Change Management and Communications Manager (Temp, 4-6 months)

We've partnered exclusively with a leading media giant to find a hands-on Change Management and Communications Manager for a fast-paced financial transformation project. This is a 4-6 month temporary contract, requiring an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute change communications strategy and stakeholder engagement.

• Manage distribution lists, email marketing, and intranet content.

• Support governance reporting and project communications.

• Work closely with teams to manage change impacts and interventions.

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience in change management, Internal and external communications.

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.

• Experience with financial systems, email marketing, and intranet tools.

• Proactive, adaptable, and ready to hit the ground running.

Location: Hybrid - Peterborough or London office.
